No, reservations are not required! We welcome walk-ins. If you would like a guaranteed seat at the beginning of the show, then we recommend reservations on Friday and Saturday night. However, there is plenty of room for guests without reservations so come on in and enjoy the show. If you can arrive before 8:45 we can put you on our waiting list in case we have cancellations or parties who arrive too late to keep their tables.

There is a small cover charge on Fridays and Saturdays, but the rest of the week is free. The cover charge will vary depending on the location and whether or not we have a special event that night.

Most of our Dueling Piano shows begin at 9:00pm, but each location can have different start times and special events. For instance, our Salt Lake City location has a second show on Fridays and Saturdays starting at 7:00pm. Make sure to check the schedule at your location.

General reservations can be made through the Reservation link on our website. With general reservations we do require your party to arrive no later than 8:45 to keep their tables. The VIP sections offer the velvet rope treatment. A dedicated area roped off during the entire night for your group. This is the best option if you can’t make it here by show time. If dinner runs long you can roll in at 10:00 when the place is hopping and be seated. For more information or to book your VIP section call or email Keys on Main directly.

Most of our locations do offer bottle service with our VIP reservations. Utah state law does not allow bottle service at our Salt Lake City location. Call or email for our bottle service menu and VIP availability.

Our Salt Lake City location offers “Light Bar Fare” such as wings and nachos. Seattle and Tacoma do not offer food options, but guests can have local options delivered right to their table. Ask a waitress for details.
